QUARTET DIOICA
Lydia Mercer: violin - Misaki Hall: violin - Ellie Miller: viola - Anna Oldham: cello
Quartet Dioica is a newly-formed group with a passion for bringing the string quartet out of the concert hall and into the community. Active since September 2021, they have kept busy performing programs ranging from Danish folk tunes and Christmas pops to classics such as Beethoven and Prokofiev. They have performed at the Tim Faulkner Gallery, The Speed Art Museum, and The Frazier History Museum, have done programs at several local public libraries, and have been a part of the Cathedral of the Assumption Concert Series.
